My stay at Citin Sukhumvit 11 had a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, being very near the Nana BTS station, making it convenient for getting around Bangkok. However, the check-in process was confusing, and I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of my room. While the staff were friendly and helpful, they struggled with some of my requests. Overall, it’s a decent place for its price, but there's room for improvement. 😊
